Have faith…. fill yourself with the conviction that nothing can weaken you….
You are eternally connected to the Source….
the Universal Mother within which this whole universe exists.…
要有信心…. 要让自己充满这份确信，即没有什么能够削弱你….
你永远跟源头连接在一起…. 那源头就是天下母，整个世界存在于其内。

There can be no falls…. no failures….
if you accept this connection between you and God to be the only truth.…
不会有失足…. 也不会有失败…. 只要你接受你与神之间的这份连接是唯一的事实….
Nothing can make you forget this truth… nothing can make you stray,
if you hold on to this love that you are already born with…
You are just to breathe this truth and without your knowing… without your trying…
you shall enter into the Supreme Consciousness where all time begins and ends…
where all creation comes and returns…
没有什么能使你忘记这事实…. 没有什么能使你迷失，
只要你坚守这份与生俱来的爱….
你只需呼吸这事实，而在不知不觉中…. 在不经意间….
你将进入那至高无上的意识，在那儿，一切时间开始与终结….
在那儿，万物诞生与回归….

This body, mind and spirit are the instruments…
the tools with which you shall experience your oneness with God…
and these tools too you shall shed, with your will, to enter the unending…
into the final experience of the eternal Self…
这身，心，灵皆是工具…. 是你借之以体验你与神合一的工具….
而你亦将凭借你的意志力，舍弃这些工具，以进入那无垠之境….
融入那永恒自性的终极体验之中….

There is nothing for you to think… nothing for you to analyze…
all these are merely used for you to exist as body and see the universe with the mind…
没有什么让你去思考…. 没有什么让你去分析….
所有这一切只不过是让你以肉体的形式存在，并以心念去看世界而已….

Just remember your very breath, “Sohum” says the nature of the union between you and God…
只要记住你的每一次呼吸，“Sohum”，就在诉说着你与神之间结合的本质….

Be calm and concentrate on the movement of the breath…
Fill yourself with the love that you already are,
each time you breathe in and exhale the unwanted, the unpeaceful movements of the mind
that bend you towards this existence… this body… this universe…
保持平静，专注于呼吸的律动….
让自己充盈着你本是的爱，
每一次你吸入和呼出那些不想要的、不平静的心念波动——
那些将你转向这存在…. 这肉身…. 这世界的纷扰….

You do not need to seek freedom… you are free…
your very breath reminds you that you have come into the state of consciousness
only to realize that you are love and are inseparable from the source of love.
你不必寻找自由自在…. 你本就是自由自在的….
你的每一次呼吸都在提醒你，你之所以来到这意识状态，
只为领悟到你即是爱，且与爱的源头密不可分。

In all the pleasures of this universe you seek this love…
But of course you shall not find it there…
for that is only a projection of the fear of possessing of containing love…
You shall never find it there…
The moment you shall turn from the universe and enter deep into your spirit
you shall rejoice for the whole world’s wealth shall be waiting for you
right in your own center… the atma…
And it is from this atma that the journey of the unknown shall become crystal clear to you…
在这世界的万般享乐中，你在寻找这份爱….
但你当然无法在那儿找到它….
因为那不过是恐惧占有、禁锢爱的投射罢了….
你永远无法在那儿找到它….
在你背离世界而深入你的心灵深处之际，
你将欢欣鼓舞，因为整个世界的财富将在那儿等着你
就在你自己的核心…. 即阿特玛之中….
而正是从这阿特玛，那未知的旅程将为你变得无比清晰….

That crystal clear vision of God (Paramatma) that one receives from his spirit (atma)
is the emergence of the linga
(the egg or the seed within which is locked the unspoken… silent… and the highest truth) ….
and in the awareness of this unspoken truth is the abode of the highest bliss (Prasanthi Nilayam) ….
那得自阿特玛的，对神（Paramatma,至高自性）的清晰视见，
便是林伽的出现
（林伽是蕴含着不言而喻的、静默的、及至高真理的卵或种子）….
而在这不言而喻的真理的觉知之内就是最高福乐的住所（百善地尼乐园）….

You are this very truth that reveals itself to you…
You are the existence of this truth…
You are the bliss that emanates from it…
In every breath you take…… in whatever you do… even without your conscious knowing,
you are seeking your nature and attracted to the very Source of your origin…. which is God.
你即是这向你揭露它自己的真理….
你即是这真理的存在….
你即是它所散发出的福乐….
在你呼吸的每一口气…. 在你的一举一动…. 甚至在你不知不觉间，
你都在寻找你的本性，且被你本来面目的源头所吸引…. 这源头就是神。

You are never to believe in anything other your eternal bond with God…
Become conscious of this…
You are to question your own state of mind for it to remain peaceful…
You are to remember your origin, i.e., the unconditional love of God,
for you to emulate it and return to it…
You are not to question circumstances… you are not to blame anyone
for the unpeaceful thoughts and immoral deeds that you engage yourself in…
There is no one responsible…
it is you that are seeking the distraction from the perfect paths of love…
除了你与神的永恒结合外，你绝不可相信任何事物….
对此要保持觉知….
你要省察自己心念的境况，好让它保持平静….
你要铭记自己的本源，也就是，神那无条件的爱，
好让你仿效它并回归于它….
你不该质疑现状…. 也不该为自己的不平静念头、不道德行为
而归咎于任何人….
没有人该为此负责….
是你自己，在爱的完美途径上心有旁骛….

Engage your mind in acts of love… You alone shall receive from it…
those that you serve are serving you by giving to you the grace of reaching your true state of being.
要把你的心念投入爱的行动之中…. 唯有你自己才会从中有所收获….
你服务的那些人正在服务你，凭借给予你恩典，助你达到你存有的真实境界。

You shall be guided at every moment of your journey,
by the strength you receive, by just being your Self.
在你旅程的每一个时刻，你都会受到引导，
受到你所获得的力量的引导，受到仅凭成为你自性的引导。

? Each time you shall receive a glimpse of your atma, you shall love the Paramatma even more!
And each time you shall love the purity of God,
you alone shall receive the strength to love more and more…
每一次你瞥见自己的阿特玛，你便会更爱至高阿特玛！
而每一次你爱神的纯净，唯有你自己将获得力量去爱更多更多….

Do not waste your time… Time must not move in your purposeful mistakes…
Time must not pass away in your ignorance……
You are to take responsibility from this moment on of your own thoughts…
your own words… and your own actions.
不要浪费你的时间…. 时间绝不该消耗在你刻意的错误之中….
时间绝不该在你的无明中流逝….
从此刻起，你要为自己的思想….
自己的言论…. 以及自己的行动负起责任。

Do not lament and pity your weaknesses… do not protect and defend your downfalls…
Think of the love that you are capable of giving… Dive deep in receiving the love of God…
Taste the sweet nectar of this bond between atma and Paramatma…
Once you have tasted a drop of this nectar,
there will be nothing in life that shall be of more meaning to you…
不要为你的弱点而哀叹自怜…. 不要为你的失败而维护辩解….
去想想你所能给予的爱…. 潜入深处去接受神的爱….
品味阿特玛与至高阿特玛之间这份结合的甘露….
一旦你尝过这甘露的一滴，生命中再也没有比它更具意义的东西了….

And there is no blessed day better than today… from this very moment on…
而没有比今天更有福的日子了…. 打从这一刻开始….
