The joy of just knowing this........ believing in it........ and expressing your gratitude to it shall give to you far greater joy than any material wealth and comfort. 你必须时刻觉知，神正引领着你，并将祂的神圣力量赐予你。 仅仅知道这一点..... 相信这一点..... 以及对它表达感激所带来的喜悦 远比任何物质财富和舒适所带来的喜悦更甚。 You do not need to wait for God to reach you....... He is there with you..... right now..... His grace is within you and around you...... Do not waste your time in testing His grace...... Instead, strengthen yourself in your faith....... You must not lose any more precious moments in fearing your welfare...... 你无需等待神来找你..... 祂始终与你同在..... 就在此刻.... 祂的恩典在你内部、在你周围..... 不要浪费时间去试探祂的恩典..... 你反而要加强自己的信念..... 切莫因忧虑自己的福利而虚掷宝贵的光阴.... Look at the Universe around you...... Each day the sun rises and promises to you the new day....... the new moment....... the new you....... Every night the dark skies cover you and cocoon you into deep sleep...... The rain drops quench the thirst of all...... the trees sway with joy and give to us the fruits of love...... the seasons come from time to time...... Of course, we all are in the home of God...... There is nothing to doubt!..... He is the Mother that smiles with His every child and wipes the tear of the ones that are in pain....... To see Him, we have to spend every moment in loving His children..... and following His discipline...... and reflecting His patience. 看看你周围的世界..... 每天朝阳升起，向你许诺崭新的一天..... 崭新的时刻..... 崭新的你..... 每晚黑暗的天空将你笼罩，如茧一般裹着你进入酣眠..... 雨滴滋润万物..... 树木欢欣摇曳，赐予我们爱的果实..... 四季轮流更迭..... 当然，我们都在神的家中..... 无庸置疑！..... 祂是慈母，与祂的每个孩子一同欢笑，也拭去受苦孩子的泪水..... 要见祂，我们得时时刻刻都爱祂的儿女..... 遵循祂的纪律..... 并效法祂的耐心。 Each time, even a little fear comes within you speak to God...... Remind yourself in your silent prayer. "Sweet Lord, for a moment I slipped...... for a moment, I dreamt that I was alone....... for a moment, I believed in my thought that you had forsaken me...... and now that I have found the strength to speak to you, I feel Your presence within me..... Thank you, O Lord, for reminding me to speak to You and returning to Your strength....... I have given up the fear I felt for the moment...... I have returned to the Divine gift of faith." 每当心中涌起一丝恐惧，你就向神诉说..... 在默默的祈祷中提醒自己。 “亲爱的主，我曾一度跌跤..... 我曾一度梦见自己孤身一人..... 我曾一度相信祢已弃我而去.... 而今我终于鼓起勇气向祢倾诉，我感受到祢的存在于我心中..... 主啊，感谢祢提醒我向祢倾诉，使我重归祢的力量..... 我已放下此刻的恐惧..... 我重拾了这份神圣的信念礼物。” There is confusion in the mind only when there is turbulence in the heart........ Your flow of love must be unobstructed and pure....... Even a speck of dust in the eye can cause misery in your vision...... In the same way, even a slight impurity within the heart will invite fear....... There is no greater disease than fear...... and no greater pain in trying to defend it and giving it room within you...... 内心动荡不安，心念才会混乱..... 爱的流淌必须畅通无阻，纯净无瑕..... 哪怕眼中只有一点尘埃，也会导致视觉的痛苦..... 同样，哪怕心中只有一丝污浊，都会招来恐惧..... 最可怕的疾病莫过于恐惧了..... 而最大的痛苦莫过于尝试去捍卫它及让它在你心中滋长..... You are the witness of your own state of being....... You know yourself best....... You are aware of your weaknesses....... You are aware of the fears you harbor within...... You are aware of the complicated thoughts you carry...... You are aware of the desires that haunt you...... You are aware of all of these and you are also aware of denying all of these....... And when you are aware of denying all of these, you are also aware of accepting all of these and making them a part of you....... 你是自身状态的见证者..... 你最了解你自己..... 你意识到自己的弱点..... 你意识到你藏在心中的恐惧..... 你意识到自己怀揣的杂念...... 你意识到纠缠着你的欲望..... 你意识到这一切，也意识到自己否定这一切..... 而当你意识到自己否定这一切，你也意识到 自己接受这一切，并使它们成为你的一部分..... Become aware of how you think...... how you speak...... how you feel...... Self Observation is Self Discipline..... You have to be truthful to yourself...... Everything within the heart must be open and follow the rules of love........ There can never be fear and love at the same time...... If you have feared even a little, you have yet to love....... Complete love is content and fearless....... And that has to be given not to a chosen few in your life........ It must be given freely to all...... without any reservation... because it is the nature of your self and the eternal and endless gift of God. 觉察你的想法..... 你的言语..... 你的感受..... 自我观察即是自律..... 你要对自己真诚..... 内心的一切都必须开诚布公并遵循爱的规律..... 恐惧与爱是决不可能同时存在的..... 如果你有哪怕一丝恐惧，那你还没有爱过..... 完全的爱是满足和无畏的..... 而这种爱不应该只给予你生命中少数几个人..... 它必须无偿地给予所有人..... 没有任何保留..... 因为它是你自性的本质，也是神永恒无尽的礼物。
