Dewan, February 6, 2012 希玛德婉于2012年2月6日获得的心灵启示   And how am I to make each moment a moment with You, O Lord? 上主啊！我该怎么做才能把每一瞬间都变成与您同在的瞬间？ How do I do what I must and still think of You alone? 我如何做我必须做的，又唯独忆念着您？ and what should I do when the fears of the mind shall lead me to gloom? 而当心念的恐惧将我引向忧郁时，我该怎么做？ Why does it sound so easy when you speak...... yet the moment I try to follow Thy way I step once and then fall again in the moment ahead? 为什么当您谈起时，它看似那么容易..... 可当我尝试追随您的方式的那一刻，刚迈出一步便又在接下来的一刻跌倒？   The Blessed Lord said, Dear one, My word of truth fills you with strength and echoes in your heart...... always...... not a moment of confusion you shall bear if you stand by pure love and move not toward the fear of protecting your welfare and interests...... 赐福的主说，亲爱的， 我的真理之言使你充满力量 并在你内心回响.....永远...... 你不会承受片刻的困惑 若你坚守纯爱 而不向 为了保护你的福祉与利益所引起的恐惧靠拢......     In My love that I have given to you is my protection alone......... in whatever you do just pour the love that is within your spirit and your heart........... the work shall be done as I have willed even before the work came to you...... 在我给予你的 爱之中 唯有我的护佑存在..... 无论你做什么 只需倾注那份爱 那份爱在你灵魂 与你内心深处..... 工作必会完成 正如我所愿 甚至在那工作 交给你之前.....     You, O child, must see only the ways love paves for you.... you must place your self in love and never speak of the love to be yours..... for the moment you shall own the love you shall enter the world of gloom...... 你啊，孩子，只该看见 爱为你铺设的 道路..... 你必须把 你自己置于爱中 且决不该提起那份爱 只属于你.... 在你将那份爱据为己有的那一刻 你会步入阴郁的世界......     If you are free in love all will be easy....... you shall not look for the best and fear the worst...... moment by moment your eye shall see the footstep of love before you..... and each time you shall step upon the footprint of love I shall do the needful....... I shall do the best and avert the worst to come....... 如果你在爱中感到自在 一切都会变得容易..... 你不必寻求最好的 也不必畏惧最坏的..... 一刻接一刻 你的眼睛会看到 爱在你前方留下的足迹..... 而每当你踏上 爱的足迹 我自会做该做的..... 我会尽能力做得最好 并避免最坏的发生.....     The path of love becomes difficult when you want it to be easy..... when you want love to move your way it is then that you shall fall...... love, my child, has no master it gives itself and fills itself with more to give..... 爱的道路 变得艰难 当你渴望它轻松时..... 当你渴望爱顺从己意时 你就会跌倒..... 爱，我的孩子，是没有主子的 它给予自身 又充盈自身 却仍有更多可予.....     The path of thought is the difficult way.... for a thought is love bound to the I...… and when you shall imprison the spirit of love the ways before you shall be many........ and in the many ways you shall drown in chaos and confusion for in that you shall look for the best and fear the worst.......... and in both of these you shall meet with fear! 思想之路 是艰难的道路..... 因为一个思想 是受到‘我’的 束缚的爱..... 而当你囚禁 爱的灵魂之时 在你面前将有无数条途径..... 而在这许多途径上 你将沉沦 于混乱与困惑之中 因你会寻求最好的 而畏惧最坏的..... 而在这两者之间 你终将遇到恐惧！     Remember, O child you need no effort to be with Me moment to moment for I am within your heart as love and as your very spirit........... I am you and knowing yourself as me shall free you from the fear of the effort of remembering me...... 孩子啊，要记住 你无需费力 便能时刻与我同在 因为我以爱 亦是你灵魂本身 存在于你内心..... 我是你 而认知你自己就是我 将使你摆脱 努力忆念着我 所引起的恐惧.....     Believe in yourself and you shall know Me Trust alone your nature of love and your moments shall fill with peace........ Fear, my child is forgetting your self and then seeking it! 相信你自己 你就会认识‘我’ 唯独信赖 你的爱的本质 而你的时光 自会充满平静..... 我的孩子，恐惧 是忘记你自己 而后又去追寻它！     The self seeking itself is the delusion.......... and this is where the questions of fear begin! 寻找它自己的 自我 是妄念..... 而恐惧的疑问 正由此而生！
