The flow of thoughts shall lessen as you place your concentration from it
toward speaking to God and repeating His name.
思绪的流动会随着你把你的专注从它那儿
转移到跟神说话和重复念诵祂的名号而消减。

| Prayer must not be a mere habit.......
it must be your driving force that allows you to concentrate on being good.
祈祷不应该仅是一种习惯.....
它必须是你的推动力以让你专注于为善。

You do not have to divert yourself from a fearful thought.......
you have to redirect its fears toward the strength of your inner Self.
你不需要避开恐惧的思绪.....
你要将其恐惧转向你内在自性的力量。

The paralysis of fear can be overcome
when you learn to move moment to moment accepting the Grace in God's will.
恐惧的瘫痪是可以克服的
如果你学会感受当下，接受在神的意愿之中的恩典。

Thank God with your every breath.....
thank Him for being there with you even if you cannot see Him......
thank Him with sincere devotion.......
and let the strength of your gratitude guide you in the moment to come.
以你的每一口气来感谢神.....
感谢祂与你同在，即使你看不到祂.....
以真诚的奉献感谢祂.....
而让你感恩的力量在即将到来的一刻指引你。

Every bit of love that you give to God shall return to you as knowledge Supreme.
你给神的每一点爱都会以无上知识回归于你。

You are desperate in the moments of pain not because you fear the pain......
but you are desperate to seek your inner strength
and make once again your connection with the Divine Master.
在痛苦的时刻你感到绝望，那并不是因为你害怕痛苦....
